SureHire would always do her best to ensure that the identities of all service providers on the platform are verified. We do this by conducting physical visits; detailed communications with the specified guarantors of the service providers; and several other means. We are sticking out our neck and assuring you that the service providers on the platform are verified. However we advise you to do due diligence.
Clients who are registered on the app are advised to make payments to the service providers through the SureHire app. Our payment partner – PayStack is efficient enough to process payment in real time. This caution will ensure that SureHire releases final payment to the service providers only after they deliver the job to you as per agreement.
Every client who registers on the app can start posting jobs right away, and start receiving proposals
Doing private business with the service providers is a question of choice for the clients. SureHire will not take responsibility of any transaction that did not pass through and was not concluded on our app. Hence every client and service provider is advised to run their transactions (especially the monetary transactions) on the app.
As a service provider, when you register, you would have to submit certain documents to the admin of SureHire. These documents will help SureHire to verify your identity and your contacts. After successful verifications, the admin will unlock your account, and give you the permission to submit proposals and make good money.
Of course, you can submit as many proposals as possible to different clients who have posted requests.
This feature is for clients who want SureHire admin to directly refer a service provider to them, instead of going through the process of picking someone from the pool.
Before servicing a client you should make sure that the client has deposited the total money in the SureHire app. This is a payment security for you, so that when you work, SureHire pays you your money without hassles.
